Use Of Services

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Content you provide.
• Our books are gift items. We do not guarantee accuracy, humor, or suitability of the generated content.
• You must not upload or provide content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights.

AI Features

• By providing input (names, photos, stories, etc.), you consent to our processing of that input to generate comic book content.
• We do not allow third-party AI providers to use your input to train their foundation models.
• AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for how you use it.

Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of your Content.
• You grant us a limited license to host, copy, and use your Content only as needed to provide the Services (including printing and shipping).
• We do not store your Content permanently. Your materials are deleted from our systems after order fulfillment (within 30 days).

Printing & Distribution

• By using our Services, you authorize us to transmit your Content to our printing and shipping partners.
• Once printed and delivered, we cannot control or delete physical copies of your book.

Fees & Payments

• Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
• All payments must be made through our approved payment methods.
• Fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Taxes may apply and will be charged where required.

Shipping & Delivery

• We use third-party providers for manufacturing and delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
